Privacy policy
LATOUR Chile (Latin American Tour) is a ground operator and destination management company based in Chile. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you write to us: what you type into our enquiry form — your name, email address and, if you choose to add them, your organization, your job title, the kind of program you are planning, the regions you have in mind and your message. Name and email are required so we can reply; everything else is optional. Our server also records the page you sent the enquiry from and the date and time.
When you browse, if your choices allow it: cookies and similar technologies from Google and Meta collect online identifiers, information about your device and browser, the pages you visit and how you reached the site — for example, by clicking one of our ads.
Cloudflare, which hosts the site, uses your IP address to estimate your country and region, so we can show you the privacy choices that apply where you are. We do not store it.
When you send the enquiry form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it comes from a person and not an automated program, using information about your browser and device. We only receive the result of that check.
Why we use it
Your enquiry: to answer it and, if it leads somewhere, to prepare a proposal and run the program you asked us about. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not send marketing you did not ask for, and we do not use what you type in the form for advertising.
Analytics: to understand how the site is used and improve it.
Advertising: to measure our campaigns on Google and Meta, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing).
Cookies and similar technologies
Which cookies run depends on where you are. In the United States outside California, and in Canada outside Quebec, analytics and advertising cookies are on by default and you can turn them off at any time. Everywhere else — including California, Quebec and Latin America — they stay off until you accept them.
You can change your choices whenever you like from “Your Privacy Choices”, at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising. If you decline advertising cookies where we ask first, we may ask again after six months; an opt-out in the United States or Canada stays in place until you change it.
Your browser also keeps your choices and your scrolling position, so the back button returns you where you were; neither tracks you. Fonts and images load from other servers (Google Fonts and our image service), which receive your IP address with each request but set no cookies.

Who else sees it
Service providers that work on our behalf and may not use the data for anything else: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and protects the enquiry form from automated spam; Amazon Web Services, which delivers enquiry emails; our email provider, where enquiries are stored; and DigitalOcean, which serves the site’s images.
Advertising and analytics partners: when your choices allow it, Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receive identifiers and browsing activity through their cookies, and use them to measure and personalize advertising under their own privacy policies. Under some US state laws this counts as “selling” or “sharing” personal information, or as “targeted advertising” — see “United States” below.
We never sell what you write in the enquiry form, and we never exchange personal information for money.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, which for us means Chilean law and any valid legal process.
Where it goes
We operate from Chile, so your enquiry is transferred to and stored in Chile. Our providers and partners, including Google and Meta, process data on servers in the United States and elsewhere. If you write to us from another country, you are asking us to handle your enquiry where we are.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our inbox and our commercial records for as long as the business relationship is active, and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and we have no obligation to keep it, we will.
Google Analytics keeps statistics for 14 months. Cookies last as shown in the table above, unless you delete them or withdraw your consent first.
Your choices and rights
Write to us and we will act on it: you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw a consent you gave — without affecting what happened before. You can also ask us to stop contacting you, and we will.
We will only ask for what we need to confirm who you are, and we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. The sections below set out the specific rules for the United States, Canada and Latin America.
United States
Notice at collection. We collect identifiers (name, email address, IP address and online identifiers), professional information (organization and job title), internet activity (pages viewed and how you reached the site) and approximate location (country and state, estimated from your IP address), from you and from your device. We use them for the purposes in “Why we use it” and keep them as set out in “How long we keep it”. We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16.
Selling and sharing. Online identifiers and internet activity collected through Google and Meta cookies are shared with those companies for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under the laws of California and other states, that can count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information or as “targeted advertising”. In California, these cookies stay off until you accept them. In other states they are on by default, and you can opt out at any time from “Your Privacy Choices”, at the bottom of every page. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is honored as an opt-out everywhere.
Your rights. Depending on your state, you can ask to know and access the personal information we hold about you, get a portable copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale, sharing and use for targeted advertising — and you will not be discriminated against for doing so. You can make a request yourself or through an authorized agent. If we turn a request down, you can appeal by replying to our answer; if we deny the appeal, you can contact your state’s attorney general.
Canada
In Quebec, cookies that identify, locate or profile you — analytics and advertising — stay off until you turn them on. Elsewhere in Canada they are on by default, and you can turn them off at any time from “Your Privacy Choices”, at the bottom of every page.
The person in charge of the protection of personal information at LATOUR Chile is our Privacy Officer, whom you can reach at web@latourchile.cl.
Your information may be processed outside Quebec and outside Canada — in Chile and in the United States — as described in “Where it goes”. You can ask to access and correct it, withdraw your consent, and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, to the Commission d’accès à l’information.
Latin America
Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you accept them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from “Your Privacy Choices”, at the bottom of every page. Your choice is recorded in your browser.
Brazil (LGPD): we handle your enquiry to take the steps you asked for before a possible contract, and we use cookies on the basis of your consent. You can confirm whether we process your data; access, correct, anonymize, port or delete it; ask who we share it with; and withdraw your consent. Our data protection contact (encarregado) is our Privacy Officer, at web@latourchile.cl, and you can also complain to the ANPD.
Mexico: you have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO), and you can revoke your consent. The tracking technologies we use are listed in “Cookies and similar technologies”; you can turn them off from “Your Privacy Choices” or in your browser settings.
Colombia: you can know, update and correct your data, ask for proof of the authorization you gave, revoke it, ask for deletion, and complain to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
Chile, Argentina, Peru and the rest of the region: you have the rights of access, correction, deletion and objection, and you can complain to your country’s data protection authority. As a Chilean company, we are subject to Chilean data protection law.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and your enquiry travels encrypted. No system is perfect, but we keep access to enquiries limited to the people who need it to answer you.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be visible here before they take effect.
Contact us
Write to our Privacy Officer at web@latourchile.cl with anything about this policy, your choices or the information we hold. Our offices are in Santiago, Chile and Puerto Natales, Chile.
Let’s build it
Tell us what you’re planning, and we’ll show you how it runs. Whether it’s a first proposal or a detailed brief, the conversation starts the same way — with a real operator who knows the ground.
A few lines are enough to begin: the kind of program (incentive, conference, retreat, VIP, or cruise support), approximate group size and dates, the regions you have in mind, and what success looks like for you.
